During the 2025 NFL season there were 102 instances where quarterbacks suffered an injury and landed on the injury report. This spans from the preseason all the way to the postseason.
In 33 of those instances, the quarterback missed the following game. In 21 of those instances, the quarterback missed at least 2 games.
18 quarterbacks missed 2+ games in 2025, including 4 that missed 10+ games and 3 that suffered significant season-ending injuries including 2 ACLs (Mahomes, Penix) and 1 Achilles (Jones).
13 of the 18 (72%) were starting quarterbacks.
