3. Subscriptions & Payments

The Injury Expertz offers both free and paid membership tiers. By subscribing to a paid plan:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan)
• Your subscription will automatically renew until you cancel it
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; no partial refunds are issued unless required by our Refund Policy

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service without written permission
• Reproduce, republish, or redistribute premium content without authorization
• Use the Service to distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the Service
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

5. Intellectual Property

All content on The Injury Expertz — including injury analysis, player reports, body maps, written content, graphics, and the AI assistant — is the intellectual property of The Injury Expertz unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without prior written permission.

NFL player statistics and factual data are not owned by us. Player names, team names, and league references belong to their respective owners. The Injury Expertz is not affiliated with the NFL, ESPN, Sleeper, or any professional sports organization.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• Injury information is always complete, accurate, or up-to-date
• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Following our analysis will result in fantasy sports wins

Injury analysis is for informational and entertainment purposes only. It is not medical advice. Do not make medical decisions based on content from this platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Injury Expertz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service — including losses from fantasy sports decisions made based on our content.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. You may also delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your access to premium features will cease.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in that forum.
