At The Injury Expertz, we stand behind our platform and want every member to be satisfied. We believe in treating our members fairly — if you have a legitimate concern, we will work with you to resolve it.
Our Commitment
We offer refunds to members who have a legitimate reason for requesting one. We review every refund request individually and are committed to being fair and reasonable. If you're not getting value from your membership, reach out — we'd rather make it right than lose a member.
1. Eligibility for a Refund
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- You were charged incorrectly or a billing error occurred
- You experienced significant technical issues that prevented you from accessing the Service, and we were unable to resolve them
- You subscribed within the last 7 days and have not made substantial use of premium features
- You have another legitimate reason — we review requests case by case
2. When Refunds Are Generally Not Issued
We typically do not issue refunds for:
- Change of mind after using premium content and features
- Forgetting to cancel before your renewal date (though we may offer a one-time exception)
- Partial months — we do not prorate unused subscription time unless exceptional circumstances apply
- One-time purchases such as the Annual Draft Guide, once the guide has been accessed
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us directly with your account email and a brief explanation of your request:

Please include:
- The email address associated with your account
- The date of the charge
- A brief explanation of why you're requesting a refund
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2–3 business days.
4. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and returned to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank but typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
Once a refund is approved and your access to premium features will be removed at the time of the refund.
5. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period. If you believe you deserve a refund alongside your cancellation, please contact us.
6. Disputes & Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us directly before filing a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving issues fairly, and direct communication is always the fastest path to a resolution. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
